KhelBox ("we", "our", "the app") is a puzzle game collection. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to provide account functionality and sync your progress across devices. If you use the app without signing in (as a guest), we do not collect any personal information.
Your information is used solely to provide app functionality: saving game progress, syncing data across your devices, and managing your account. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Account and progress data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Local game data is stored on your device.
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication (Google, Apple, and email sign-in)
- Firebase Cloud Firestore (data storage)
- Firebase Storage (user content)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
KhelBox does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app can be used without creating an account.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app by going to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can contact us at khelbox.app@gmail.com and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
